These provisions explain how the agreement operates where changes are made, rights are delayed or one provision becomes invalid.
The quotation, accepted variations and these terms normally form the agreement, subject to any separate written contract.
Material contractual changes should be confirmed in writing by an authorised representative.
If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible.
A delay in exercising a right does not automatically mean that right has been abandoned.
Contract rights should not be transferred where doing so would unfairly affect the other party.
A person who is not party to the agreement does not normally acquire enforcement rights.
These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will generally have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right allowing proceedings elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
The version applying to a particular contract will normally be the version supplied or made available when that contract was accepted.
The latest general version will be displayed on this page.
Existing contracts are not automatically rewritten by a later website update.
